Step-by-step instructions for setting up event·hapily for HubSpot and Zoom.
Pre-requisites for event·hapily
event·hapily relies on Custom Objects, which requires a HubSpot subscription with an Enterprise Hub.
We're working on a version of event·hapily that does not require an Enterprise subscription. If you're interested in joining the waitlist, please let us know.
Installation
1. Begin the installation process by clicking here.
2. If you have access to multiple HubSpot accounts, you'll be asked to choose the account you'd like to install event·hapily into. Choose your preferred account and continue.
3. The following page describes the HubSpot permissions that event·hapily requires to function. Review the permissions and click Connect App.
4. Accept hapily's Terms and Conditions, and click Install Now.
5. You'll be taken directly into the installation process for the Zoom Sync for event·hapily. The following page describes the Zoom permissions that event·hapily requires to Sync data between Zoom and HubSpot.
The permissions the event·hapily Zoom Sync feature requires are:
Zoom Access Permissions | event·hapily Feature |
Find and access (read) meeting and webinar information, including attendee information. | event·hapily will sync Zoom meeting and webinar information to HubSpot. |
Create (write) attendees in Zoom. | event·hapily will add Zoom attendees based on HubSpot data. |
6. Review the permissions and click Allow.
7. After authorization, you'll be sent back to the hapily portal.
