Learn how to sync Zoom meetings and webinars to HubSpot through event·hapily
Some events are best held virtually. And if you’re using HubSpot as part of a balanced workspace breakfast, you can use event·hapily to sync Zoom meetings and webinars to your CRM.Upon installing event·hapily, you’ll be asked if you would like to connect a Zoom account. If you accept, you’ll be taken to the Zoom App Marketplace. Connecting your Zoom account will be as easy as logging in and clicking Add!
If you skipped this step during installation, don’t worry. By logging into your hapily portal, you can click event·hapily > View App In Zoom to be brought to the same page.
So Zoom is connected now, but how do you start syncing over meetings and webinars to HubSpot? In your hapily portal, click event·hapily > Users & Settings. You’ll see a list of all of your Zoom team members.
You can use the Meetings and Webinars columns to decide if / which events get synced over for each user.
Once you’ve finished changing the settings, be sure to click Save at the top of the page before you go. And that’s all there is to it!
To avoid getting any unwanted events synced over to HubSpot, we recommend setting up an Admin Email in your Zoom account to host meetings and webinars.
