Connect your Zoom Account
Once you've signed in to the event•hapily Admin, you'll see the option to Connect Zoom.
Click Connect Zoom, and follow the prompts to authorize event•hapily. When complete, you'll be sent to the Zoom Settings screen in the event•hapily Admin.
Note: If you want to sync Webinar information to HubSpot, you must authorize event•hapily using a Zoom user who is licensed for Zoom Webinars.
Automatically Sync Zoom Meetings and Webinars
If your organization frequently creates Zoom Meetings or Webinars for your virtual or hybrid events, you may want to enable our auto-sync feature.
With auto-sync, you can choose specific users whose Meetings or Webinars will be automatically imported into HubSpot as new "hapily Event" records. Simply check the box next to the user whose new Meetings or Webinars you want to monitor and import.
Sync Specific Zoom Meetings and Webinars
You can also sync specific past or future Meetings and Webinars. Choose either the Meetings or Webinars tab, search for the event you want to sync to HubSpot, and click the Sync button.
