event·hapily makes it easy to set up email automations by adding Event information to your Contact records.
When a Contact registers for one of your events, you’ll probably want to send him a personalized email. With HubSpot email tokens and automations, this is a snap!
So how does event·hapily factor into this? When a Contact is registered to a session using our Create Registrant workflow action, information about that session will be copied over to him.
You can view this information by opening a Contact record, clicking Actions > View All Properties, and checking under the Latest hapily session information section. Information about the most recent hapily session the Contact registered to will be copied here.
Properties like locations, start times, and calendar links will be viewable from here! As long as the information is entered in on the session, it will be copied over to the Contact. This will allow you to utilize the properties as personalization tokens in your email automations and customize them for each individual attendee.
